Setyawati Fitrianggraeni boasts over 15 years of diverse legal expertise, transitioning from criminal defense to maritime law at Nordisk Legal Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Her counsel includes civil proceedings on environmental issues, arbitration at SIAC, BANI, and AIAC, and contract negotiations, handling notable cases such as potential disputes involving the Sri Lankan Navy. As legal advisor to INKOPPOL and an Assistant Professor at the University of Indonesia, she contributes to academic journals and was recognized as a Southeast Asian Women 2020 by YSEALI and Hukumonline’s NexGen Lawyers in 2019. A University of Indonesia alumna, Fitri holds a Master of Law in Maritime Law from University College London and pursues a PhD in Maritime Law and Policy at the World Maritime University, Sweden.
